We attempt to reply to every email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you're writing about an existing order, include your order number and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
Not sure if your image will work?
Send it through before you order. We'll let you know honestly whether it will come out well, and if there's anything we can do to improve it. There's no obligation and no rush.
